  • LAMCO has made changes to our website regarding Market Analysis (bpo) requests.

     

    Effective immediately, when you receive a request from LAMCO to do an exterior or interior market analysis (bpo) the system will ask you to respond to that request within 24 hours. This does not mean we need the analysis (bpo) in 24 hours, we only need you to log on to www.lendersreo.com and accept the bpo assignment within 24 hours and enter the date you plan to complete the bpo (maximum of 5 days from the bpo order date unless a due date was provided by your LAMCO rep).  See example below.  The bpo was ordered on 11/11/2007 and the agent chose to complete by 11/14/2007.

     

    BPO must be accepted within 24 hours

    If you do not respond within 24 hours the system will generate another notice to accept the bpo.  If you do not respond to any of the requests the system will notify LAMCO that you have not responded and will advise you that the analysis request (bpo) has been sent to the appropriate LAMCO rep for possible reassignment. LAMCO does not like to reassign properties but if we do not get a response from you, we have to assume you are not interested in doing the analysis.

     

    Regarding the analysis; LAMCO is now implementing new pricing guidelines. Please base your analysis on a 30 to 60 day sale time. Our intention is to be more aggressive on the sale price but not necessarily fire sale the property.

     

    The new pricing strategy will require more comments, please make sure to make good comments on the analysis regarding the subject property and the comparables.
