Lenders Asset Management Corporation (LAMCO) is a professional, full-service, nationwide default asset management company founded in 1989 that offers complete and customizable REO solutions to mortgage servicers, investors, private equity firms and financial institutions. The LAMCOnetwork is an Internet portal that connects owners of REO properties with experienced suppliers of REO of services. It was designed to assist mortgage servicers, private equity firms, financial institutions and small investors locate qualified real estate professionals and REO service providers to help with the disposition process.

First you must become a member of the LAMCOnetwork (you can sign up directly at www.LAMCOnetwork.com). Membership in the LAMCOnetwork creates visibility for you within LAMCO’s asset management team as well as with mortgage servicers, financial institutions, equity firms and small investors across the country looking for assistance with their REO properties. You will be required to complete a registration process once LAMCO selects you to complete a work order, including but not limited to, W-9, references, billing address, insurance/license information and any additional documentation required to comply with state, city and county laws.

Yes. The LAMCOnetwork is a technology upgrade to our existing enterprise system and is our new vendor database used by our asset managers to assign client workload. The LAMCOnetwork also helps mortgage servicers, private equity firms, financial institutions and small investors locate qualified real estate professionals and REO service providers to help with their disposition process.

No. We assign work based upon proximity to property, qualifications of vendor and a vendor scorecard.

If you can’t remember your password, you can request a new one. You will need to click on “Forgot Your Password” next to the login box. You will need to enter the e-mail address associated with your account and then check your e-mail for your new password. If you no longer have access to or can’t remember your original e-mail address, you need to contact technical support.

You need to keep personal and/or company information up to date on both www.lamconetwork.com and www.lendersreo.com. Please periodically verify your information on both Web sites. Your real estate license(s) and insurance information only need to be updated on www.lamconetwork.com. There is no need to email us a copy of your insurance policy or real estate license unless requested by a LAMCO representative. If you were recently assigned a task or in the process of completing a task, please contact your LAMCO representative to ensure the proper delivery of any invoices, payments or paperwork requiring your attention.

Your account information is not linked on www.lendersreo.com and www.lamconetwork.com. You may have the same username and password on both sites. If you change information on one site, it will not be reflected on the other site. (The only exception is your LAMCOnetwork account status on LendersREO is visible to our asset managers.)

For security concerns, you will be automatically logged out of your account after a period of inactivity.

Most Web browsers are compatible with our Web sites. LAMCO’s Web services have been optimized to run with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later. Mac users are highly encouraged to use Mozilla Firefox, which can be obtained from www.getfirefox.com.
