LAMCO provides property evaluation services in support of clients at various stages of the default management and REO liquidation process, including prior to the property becoming REO. Property evaluation services include:

• Occupancy checks
• Review, analyze and obtain BPO valuations to establish asset values
• Property inspections

All BPOs are provided by experienced REO realtors who possess a knowledge of current market conditions.
