LAMCO has more than two decades of experience managing the REO process through several mortgage and real estate cycles. Supporting the activities of loss mitigation, property preservation and REO sales is our only business.

LAMCO was established in 1989 and incorporated in 1991 with the objective of providing an end-to-end residential REO asset management outsourcing solution for national lending institutions, servicers, banks and investment firms. LAMCO was founded by Frank W. Hawkes on the heels of a very successful career as vice president of REO for MCN American Corp., also known as American Industrial Bank of Aurora.
